This course is divided into the following modules:
0—Introduction
The Danish approach recognises the diverse layers of government, from local municipalities to national bodies, and seeks to support efficient digital government at all levels.
1—A Digital Ecosystem of Public Services
Understand the balancing of the three political and administrative levels involved in the digital public service delivery by gaining knowledge about the responsibilities of each.
2—Regional Level – Digital Healthcare
Explore how the digital healthcare system is operating by gaining knowledge about the digital structures at the regional level.
3—Local Level Government
Gain insight into how municipalities navigate the delicate balance between operational efficiency and meeting local needs when delivering digital public services.
